Returns Policy

30 Day Return Policy


You can return most unused, never installed, and like-new items for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All returned products must be in like-new condition. The following items are final sale:

  • Special order items.
  • Special order upholstery.
  • Electrical items.
  • Installed carburetors.

Like-new Condition: Kairous, Inc. may refuse a return when the item is not found in like-new condition. These situations will lead to denied returns:

  • Installed items.
  • Items with missing parts or without original packaging material.
  • Items damaged in return shipping due to incorrect, or otherwise improper packaging.
  • Carburetors that smell like fuel.
  • Damage due to customer negligence.
  • Items with marks that show installation or attempted installation from bolts, nuts, washers, screwdrivers, etc.

How to Start a Return:

  • Send an email to info@kairousinc.com.
  • Request a Return Authorization.
  • Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
  • Carefully package your items.
  • Ship the items back to Kairous, Inc.
  • Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon us receiving the items back.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where Kairous, Inc. shipped the incorrect item.

Freight Charges:

  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

3rd Party Charges:

  • Kairous, Inc. is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.

Re-Stocking Fee:

  • Kairous, Inc. charges a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items except in situation where Kairous, Inc. shipped the incorrect item.

Received a defective item?

  • If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at info@kairousinc.com. If the item is deemed defective by our staff, we will replace or refund the product and take care of all shipping charges.

Received the wrong item?

  • No worries! We apologize for the inconvenience. We will ship out the correct item immediately, and you will be emailed a return shipping label*. Let us make it right by sending an email to info@kairousinc.com.

If a product does not fit because your vehicle has been modified or customized in the last 40+ years, it does not definitively mean the item is defective. If you have an issue due to fitment, Kairous, Inc. will help you find the right parts. We are here to help.

*customer has 30 days to ship  back the incorrect item, after which, Kairous, Inc reserves the right to charge an applicable fee for the price of the non-returned item.
