Special Customer Order
At Kairous, Inc., we understand that everyone is different, and we are committed to finding the best options for all our customers. That is why we offer the option of a Special Customer Order. Our customers can request a price quote on a Special Item not found on our catalog. To order, the following steps must be considered:
- Send an email to info@kairousinc.com, requesting the price quote on a specific, off-the-catalog, item. Be as thorough as possible; that includes part number (e.g. 113919049D), car model (e.g. VW Bug), year (e.g. 1968), how its sold (e.g. set of 4) size (e.g. 25mm), and finish (e.g. chrome).
- We will get to the email ASAP and will reply with a price quote.
- After this, the customer must confirm the order with another email and the order will be processed.
- All special-order payments are made through PayPal.
- Because of the nature of special orders, shipping expenses are to be handled by the customers themselves, meaning no free shipping on special orders, unless specified through a promotion, “deal of the week”, etc.
(Please note that special orders are subject to longer shipping and delivery times since not all items are in stock at our main warehouse.)
